The Rumanian-Hungarian negotiations were suspended this morning, and are being resumed later. Rumania is reported to have informed Hungary that the proposal for the return of two-thirds of Transylvania could not be considered. Rumania issued counter-proposals for the exchange of population, and cession to Hungary of sufficient territory to cover the exchange.
