McNeil, tramway license, Blocks 5 and 9, Mawheranui S.D. — Withdrawn. Arthur Coumbe' and John Henry Roberts, drainage area, Block 4, Waimea S.D., 50 acres, 21 years.—Granted. David John Weir, extended alluvial claim, IS acres, Lingren’s Terrace. Blackball, 10 years—Granted. Thomas Hubert Lee, three ordinary prospecting licenses, each of 100 acres, Block 3, ‘Mawheranui S.D. — Granted. Norman Alexander Kilgour, extended sea beach claim, 2 acres, Block 3, Waimea S.D., five years.—Recommended for consent of Minister of Mines. John Douglas Craig, ordinary prospecting license, 20 acres, Block 8, Mawheranui S.D. —Granted. John Douglas Craig, tail-race tunnel Nelson Creek, 18 feet, 6ft and 3ft. (Objected to by Alexander Anderson). After an adjournment; it was announced that, the parties had come to an agreement, and the application was granted, subject to the conditions agreed upon by the parties, as set out in a memorandum filed.
