U.S. RELIEF GRANTS.
NEW YORK, December 7. One million dollars has been appropriated for general relief purposes in Europe. Of this 257,000 dollars has' been spent on medicine and surgical and other supplies. An additional 250,000 dollars will go to aiding the victims of German-occupied Poland.
