GIFTS FROM PRINCESSES
FOR CHILDREN OF FRANCE. [BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) (Recd. December 9, 10.45 a.m.) RUGBY, December 8. Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret Rose have expressed a wish to send a consignment, of presents to Madame Lebrun, wife of the French President, who is organising a Christmas fund on behalf of the evacuated children in France. It will be recalled that, when the King and Queen visited France last year, they accepted gifts from the children of France, for the Princesses.
