The Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain states that Herr von Papen, after visiting Belgrade, arrived at Sotia, where; he talked with political leaders, in order, to ascertain the views of political circles before going to Ankara. M. Stoica, the Roumanian Ambassa-' dor to Turkey, spent hours in Ankara, conferring with the Turkish Foreign Minister. M. Saracoglu, in order to ascertain Turkey’s attitude in the event of Russia attempting to regain Bessarabia, which Turkey freed herself. |
