GERMAN PRISONERS LONDON, November 3, The Secretary for War (Mr. HoreBelisha),’ in the House of Commons, replying to a question, said German prisoners of war were well fed and' well treated. They had shown themselves to be impressed by the marked difference in actual conditions in England, compared with the impression of them given in Germany. They had access to the British newspapers.
