It will come before the House, and will 'form the basis for a Bill which will be taken on Thursday, empowering the Government to borrow any sums required for raising any supply for the services, any additional sum not exceeding 250,000,000, and any sums required for the repayment of maturing securities. The procedure is purely formal-, am 1 it does not necessarily follow that immediate advantage will be taken of the authority sought.
