PARIS, November 3.
i The Polish Foreign Minister. M. Zaleski, in an interview, revealed that the German Foreign Minister, Herr von Ribbentrop, on March 21 last approached the Polish Ambassador in Berlin with a plan for Poland and Germany to act in collaboration against Russia. Herr von Ribbentrop first suggested to the. Ambassador in October of 1938 that Poland and Germany should join forces in the interest of their colonial claims.. This was followed by a suggestion that Poland and Germany should work to bring down the Soviet regime. Again Poland turned a deaf ear.
