CHANGE DENIED BY PRESS.

In the course of denials that the Cabinet re-shuffle meant a change in policy, several newspapers mention the Axis for the. first time since the war started. They declare that Italy was continuing to follow her’established course, which meant that the Ita-lian-German military alliance was unchanged.
