The “Evening Star” says that Pamela Minchin, 21 daughter of a New Zealand diamond merchant, who, as a photographer’s model, wears costly gowns, furs and hats, met romance in her oldest tweeds and thick shoes, when she met, in the course of a holiday Joseph McArthur Rank, a member of a millionaire milling family. He is also 21 years of age.
