Debenture holders in the New Zealand Investment’ Trust, Ltd.', at a meeting, unanimously approved- proposals formulated by the directors for the incorporation of debenture holders in a new company, Financial Services, Ltd. This company has already been in existence for 18 months purely as-a subsidiary'of the New Zealand Investment Trust, Ltd.

. Briefly, the scheme put forward, for consideration proposed that the debenture holders in the Investment Trust should exchange their 'debenture stock for shares and debentures in Financial Services," Ltd.,- and that that company should take over all the assets of. the Investment Trust.
