SEQUEL TO EUROPEAN CRISIS. [by CABLE PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] (Received October 20, 10 a.m.) SOFIA, October 19. The Premier, M. Kiosseivanoff, and his Cabinet have resigned. M. Kiosseivanoff’s non-party Ministry resigned in order to permit a stronger Ministry, with a more-definite policy, to meet the South-East European crisis.
