BRITISH COLONIAL SUBJECTS [BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.] (Recd. October 19, 11.45 a.m.) RUGBY, October 18. The India and Burma Offices, and the Colonial Office, have announced that all British subjects from the colonies and British-protected persons who are in Britain, are equally eligible for voluntary enlistment, and for consideration of the grant of a commission in the Forces, as British subjects from the United Kingdom.
