CANADIAN TRAINING SCHOOL. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] OTTAWA, October 16. It is officially stated that the Air Force will occupy immediately St. Thomas’s Mental Hospital. Ontario, for use as a technical training school to accommodate 3000 men. The installation of equipment, has begun. The cost is restricted to the maintenance of the premises and the removal of patients. ALLIES’ INCREASED OUTPUT. PARIS, October 17. The Allies arc working day and night for mastery of the air. Within a few months the French aeroplane output, will be five-fold the peace-time output. It is officially stated that there are grounds for hoping that the British and French potential production will be three-fold that of Germany.
