BRITAIN AND BELGIUM [BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.] (Recd. October 17, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, October 16. The Sabina air service, between Brussels and England, started to-day, the first plane leaving Brussels with ten passengers and 129 kilos of mail. Mails between the two countries will be carried in future by this means, considerably expediting delivery. English newspapers will be taken out on the return flight.
