It is officially stated that the air training scheme to be carried out in Canada, with a cost of 700,000,000 dollars in the first year, will involve the creation of a new Canadian air establishment of 1,375 officers and 13,000 men. MISSION FROM BRITAIN QUEBEC, October 14. A mission of eight, headed by Lord Riverdale, has arrived here, en route to Ottawa, to discuss methods of co-ordinating Empire air strength.
