BLOMFIELD DEFEATS DONOVAN. [per press association.] INVERCARGILL, July 18. By two falls to one, Lofty Blomlield defeated .Tack Donovan, before a crowded house to-night. The match was brimful of incident, mostly comic, but the men gave a good demonstration of manj' of the holds, and also of border-line tactics, which are part and parcel of the profession. All the falls were scored with apparent ease, each with forearm jolts, followed by headlocks, dumps, and body-presses Blomfield pinned his man in the third and seventh, and Donovan obtained his fail in the sixth round.
