Dr. W. F. Matthews, a former International, has been appointed manager. of the Australian Rugby Union team to tour Britain .this year. Mr J, Noseda, secretary of the Rugby Union, has been appointed secretary to the manager.
The team will bo announced on June 19. and will sail from Svdnev on’ July 21.
