TROOP CONCENTRATIONS. [by CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, April 17. The Tangiei’ correspondent of the British United Press reports that about 12,000 Spanish troops have been transported from the mainland to Spanish Morocco during the last 48 hours. All these troops are concentrated neai’ the Tangier zone. Spanish newspapers in Tangiei’ report that 90,000 soldiers are now stationed in Spanish Morocco compared with 38,000 before the civil war.
MOVE AGAINST TANGIER? PARIS, April 17. The possibility of a totalitarian move against Tangier is believed to be the reason fox- the concentration reported of large numbers of Italian sailors in Tangier, although there are no warships. MADRID PARADE POSTPONED. SEVILLE, April 17. General Franco has postponed the Madrid parade, to May 5, the city’s Patron Saint Day. Meantime, parades are to be held at Seville, Valencia and Bqrgos.
