JUGOSLAV CABINET
THE NEW LEADER. (RY CARLE PRESS ASSN. COPYRIGHT.] BELGRADE, February 5. M. Cvetkovic, the former Minister for Public Health, lias formed a new Cabinet. He will also hold the portfolio of Minister for the Interior. M. A. Cincar-Markovic, formerly Jugoslav Minister to Beilin, has been apointed Foreign Minister. The Government is expected to establish friendly relations with the totalitarian countries.
The Cabinet, includes two Slovenes and two Moslems, its first task will be to settle the dispute with Hie Croats, who are not. represented.
