ANOTHER “TYPHOON

Thirty-six hours after a warning that a typhoon, more violent than last week’s, was approaching from Bonin Islands, it struck Osaka and Kobe, uprooting trees, and tearing down hoardings. Shipping services are paralysed. The deaths at present total 62.
