Two boatloads of Father Devine's “angels,” hilariously singing. and provisioned with ice-cream, sodawater, and water-melons, sailed from Hud,son for Krumelbow, to .inspect the newest “heaven.” facing President Roosevelt’s estate. Father Devine, dressed in. a grey suit, boarded the flagship from a luxurious limousine, his followers yelling “Peace, Father."
