SOUTH ISLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS J.PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NELSON, April 16. At the South Island rifle championships, held at the Seahourne range today, the belt was won by W. A. Kenning (Nelson) with an aggregate of 322. The runner-up was R. Catley (Nelson), with 3?0, followed by W. N.
Masefield (Blenheim) 31!) and W. IT. West (Blenheim) 319. The Stewart Dawson Cup. for the highest score in the final shoot, was won by R. Catley, with 49 out of a possible of 50. Catley also Avon the Colonel Smith Cup, Avith an aggregate of 134. In the Midfield Aggregate, L. Hutcheson (Westport) took the Tyro Cup with 271.
