REEFTON NOTES
[our own correspondent.]
REEFTON, December 30.
Slight showers of rain fell at Reefton on Tuesday night, but the fall was only sufficient to lay the dust. Pasture has been sweetened as a result of the fall, and on Wednesday bright sunshine again made the day warm, the temperature experienced being the highest for some weeks. Mr D. Wood, of Reefton, is visiting Christchurch.
Mr J. Chapman, of Wellington is visiting his father, Mr W. Chapman.
