YOUTHS DEMONSTRATE. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.I WASHINGTON, February 21. Representatives of youth organisations from every part of the country are taking part in a demonstration practically at the door of the White House, on behalf of the measure, now before Congress, providing 500,000.000 dollars for vocational and scholarship assistance, and vocational training, for persons of ages between 16 find 25. Two of the leaders have been arrested. The young people are parading the streets and overrunning the capitol, which vibrated with a kind of lobbying hitherto unknown there. A deputation waited on President Roosevelt, who is alleged to have declared that their demands were too advanced, but to have favoured greater assistance for youth in need.

A seventh victim has died through tho explosion on the United States Navy training ship Wyoming, and the number of injured lias increased to 13, of whom two are expected to die. j A Naval Board inquest has been convened on board tho Wyoming, but the members declined to issue statements.
