Sutton James Hemmings, aged 31, a resident of Umutoi, suffered a fracture of the skull when the car he was driving overturned on the Palmerston North-Ashhurst road yesterday afternoon, and he died in hospital. His father, who was accompanying him, was not hurt. It is believed that a tie-rod became loose. The cai‘ wobbled from side to side and then turned over.
