BOXING
GILDO DEFEATS STOCK

AUCKLAND, -February 15.
A return boxing contest between Young Gildo, of the Philippine Islands and Al Stock, Hastings, was fought at the Town Hall to-night. Gildo won on points at the end of the scheduled 12 rounds. When the pair met a fortnight ago Gildo was awarded a close decision, but on this occasion his margin of points was fairly substantial.
