MONETARY AGREEMENT
BALKANS DECISION [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.) (Recd. December 21, 1 p.m.) ATHENS, December 20. The Governors of the Central Banks of Greece, Yugoslavia, Rumania, and Turkey, at a conference, expressed regret at their inability to adhere to the British and American monetary agreement. They would prefer to act in the back of international settlements, as a single body, while advocating the early definite stabilisation of the currencies of the principal Powers.
