RESCUE FROM RIVER.
[TO THE EDITOB.] Sir, —The bravery of young Hogarth last night by jumping into the river and rescuing a drowning woman, is worthy of our admiration, and we shall be wanting as citizens if we do not show our appreciation in a practical manner.
