[BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. COPYRIGHT.]

(Recd. August 12, 2 p.m.) GENEVA, August 11. Representatives of sixteen million European Jews at the world Jewish Congress indicted the Powers of the world for permitting a continuance of Semitic persecution. Doctor Ebner, of Roumania, said: — The Powers are indifferent while Hitlerism tries to,- destroy the lives not only of German Jews, but Jews throughout the world.
