WRESTLING

TO-NIGHT’S CONTEST Evidence of the keen interest being taken in the professional wrestling contest to take place in the Greymouth Town Hall to-night, between Paul Boesch and "Rebel” Russell, is the fact that up to noon to-day, 100 seats had been reserved, —a record for the Greyniduth Association. The contest should prove one of the fastest and most spectacular staged in Greymouth, for both are good wrestlers, with excellent records, and a flair for the spectacular which adds the necessary sparkle to the mat game. There should be thrills in plenty, for Russell is a recognised "bad boy,” with a splendid knowledge of the game, and Boesch, exponent Qf the spectacular drop kick, is probably the fastest of the present batch of imported mat- , men.

The amateur bouts will be: G. Geddes v. F. Williams; P. Peters v. J. Blanchfield; J. Quinlan v. E. Hatton.
