[OUR own correspondent.] REEFTON. May 7. A sitting of the Warden’s Court was held to-day, Mr. H. Morgan presiding as Warden. The following applications were heard: — J. F. Coglan for 6 ordinary prospecting licences. —Granted. George Kellow, for an ordinary prospecting licence. —Recommended. E. Nyberg for three ordinary prospecting licences.—Recommended. J. J. Devlin and J. J. O’Connor for an ordinary prospecting licence. — Recommended. Leave to add name, Benjamin Hore. —Recommended. D. McCormack, for ordinary prospecting licence.—Recommended. ,i. O’Regan, for three ordinary prospecting licences. —Recommended. G. W. Thompson and J. T. Logan, four ordinary prospecting licences. — Recommended. A. G. Petley, for two ordinary prospecting licences. —Recommended, subject to filing a declaration within three days. G. W. Thompson. J. F. Coglan for two ordinary prospecting licences. — Recommended. Morgan as Warden, H. A. Honey and others' claim for £33/15/-, against A. R. Perry, judgment was given for the amount claimed, and for £3/3/- solicitor’s fees, witnesses’ expenses 15/-. and costs totalling £l/1/-.

William .Montgomerie was charged with the disobedience of a maintenance order for 10/- per week and failure to pay same, and with being in arrears to the sum of £146/15/-. He was ordered to pay the sum of 15/per week, and to keep up the payments of 10/- per week, in default three months’ imprisonment at Greymouth Gaol. The warrant to be suspended as long as the payments are made.
