SCRUM AGREEMENT. [PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, May 6. The Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union to-night carried a resolution that the Unions be informed that the decision come to by a majority of delegates at the annual meeting, that three men be played in the front row of the scrum in New Zealand this season, must be obeyed. The Chairman, Mr. S. S. Dean, said the delegaates at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union came to a “gentleman’s agreement!” that three men should be played in the front row of the scrum this season, and it was the duty of clubs to abide by that decision. There should be uniformity of rules throughout New Zealand. IKAMATUA CLUB. A meeting of the Ikamatua Rugby Football Club was held last evening, Mr J. Green presiding over a good attendance. Delegate’s report on the Sub-Union meeting was received. It was resolved to set aside all moneys received from fortnightly dances and gate money to assist players’ travelling expenses. It was decided to approach the Hall Committee regarding the use of ping-pong tables. Ikamatua seniors to play Stars, at Ikamatua, on Sunday next, at 2.45 p.m.:—H. Quinn, W. O’Malley, L. Broadhurst, T. Latta, L. Lee, C. Cowan, C. Bradley, C. Free, J. Foster, Becker, Howard, Maloney, D. Sullivan, W. White, Fjtzgerald, and 1 Thompson. Juniors to play Cronadun, at Ikamatua, I.3o:—Sheedy (2), Goodall, Astridge, O’Malley, R. Bradley, Fitzgerald, Hartshorne, Hallinan, Martin, Leggoe, Ronchi, and Warring.
