Another summons has been, issuefl on Louis Hardy, the former managing director of Williams Henry and Co.; in which company John Howeson was a large shareholder, and which was also closely associated with the firm of James and Shakespeare. All of the summonses refer to a prospectus deal which was issued concerning James and Shakespeare.
