The Australia v. New Zealand Davis match will commence at Eastbourne on May 10. : Addressing the Lawn Tennis Council, Mr Hoare said that he was convinced it was time to show that the supporters of the Czecho-Slovakian motion at the International Federation cn March 15 had taken the right attitude and that before long the opposing countries would change, their minds. It was particularly satisfactory that the Empire was united on the subject, the Dominions agreeing that Britain’s rules should be altered in accordance with new developments.
