TRAIN EXPLOSION
13 KILLED—2O INJURED. [BY CABLE—PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] (Recd. December 28, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, December 27. A message from Montgomery, Western Virginia, states that thirteen were killed, and more than twenty injured, as the result of an explosion on the locomotive of a train taking a hundred miners to Elkhorn Pinc-y Collieries.
