They declare the murder* was the result of an old feud between the Stalinites and the supporters of Trotsky and Ninovev, who when defeated in open fight, resort to banditry. The resolutions foreshadow a merciless drive against enemies. ' TERRORISTS EXECUTED (Recd. December 18, 2.30 p.m.) KIEV, December 17? Twenty-eight terrorists were executed, making a total of 107 since Kirov’s assassination.
