The Cortes has adopted a resolution moved by Senor Gil Robles in favour of the dissolution of the Labour organisation and the seizure of their funds. The resolution was adopted by 161 votes to three. ESCAPEES RE-CAPTURED. LISBONE, November 16. Three Spanish revolutionaries, including Senor Juan Tirado, a Socialist member of the Cortes, who had been taking refuge at Algarve, chartered a Portuguese sailing vessel to take them to Gibraltar. A Spanish police boat is alleged to have opened fire while the vessel was still in Portuguese waters, and to have killed the captain and captured the fugitives.
