KARETU DISPUTE AUCKLAND, November 15. Owing to trouble with the crew, tho Union Company’s steamer Karetu did not sail foi’ Port Kembla and Newcastle to-night, as. was intended. The vessel was a fireman short, and as the question of filling, his place could not be settled to the satisfaction of both the men and the Company, the vessel could not put to sea. The crew was given twenty-four hours’ notice and will be paid off tomorrow.
