[BY CABLE-—PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] LONDON, August 11. A mass meeting of textile manufacturers was held at Manchester. It was stated that mills will remain stopped, and that more will stop, unless the Government insists on Germany paying up. British coal exporters are also dissatisfied. It is estimated that Germany owes a million sterling to British traders, who declare they will send no more goods to Germany until they are paid.
