FIXTURES IN FRANCE. [by CABLE —PEESS ASSN. COPYEIGHT.] (Received April 14, 8.15 a.m.) LONDON, April 13. There is a possibility of the English, Scottish, Welsh, and Irish Rugby Unions resuming fixtures in France. A deputation from the French Federation met represetnatives of the four unions, at London, and explained the steps taken to clear up the position. The unions are considering the matter, and will announce their decisions as soon as possible.
