[OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] REEFTON, February 10. Mr T. H. Lee has returned from Canterbury. Mr Thos Douglas, of Waitahu was injured yesterday afternoon, while engaged bush felling at O’Donnell’s farm, Cronadun. Mr Douglas was snigging and struck a limb of a tree which flew up, striking an axe which ho was carrying. In its descent it struck him in the right wrist inflicting a severe gash. It will be some time before Mr Douglas is able to resume work.
