HOCKEY. AUCKLAND, July 14. In an evenly-contested match the New South Wales ladies’ hockey team
drew with the Auckland ladies team, each scoring one goal. Auckland led at half time by one to nil, but the visitors were aggressive, in the second spell, and equalised. The visiting team spent a day here. They are returning to Sydney from Suva.
