The Rata leaves Wellington today for Greymouth direct. She is due 10-morow night and will part load coal, proceeding to Westport to complete for Onakaka.

The Kaimiro is due on Thursday, from New Plymouth, to load coal for Wellington and Auckland. The Kini returns about Saturday from Westport to load coal for Napier and Gisborne. MOTOR CARGO-VESSELS LONDON, April 10. Shaw Savill Co., has placed a contract with Harland Wolfe’s to build two 12000 ton refrigerated motor cargo vessels, for New Zealand service via Panama.
