GREYMOUTH SUMMER SEASON. The Greymouth Golf Club has inaugurated a summer season, when will be held a four-ball (best ball) tournament-match play, on handicap over 18 holes (or as many holes as are from time to time available). Each pair of players will play each other pair in the same group and the pair in each group who win the most matches will play off, the winners and runners-up to receive trophiesThe following is the draw: — A. N.S.W. CHAMPIONSHIP. SYDNEY, November 13. In the semi-finals for the New South Wales State Golf Professional Championship, T. Howard defeated Soutar four and two, and Don Spence (Australian champion), beat W. Corry three and one.
