Nov- 10, 10 a.m.) NEW- YORK, November 9A Balboa message states' that a landslide occurred during Sunday night on the Gaillard cut of the Panama ( Canal, the result of incessant - rains, which have caused the -engineers to take precautions against floods. Traffic will probably be tied up for several days.
