William Henry Symons, butcher, of Wanganui East, has reported to the police that early yesterday morning, while in his shop, pepper was thrown into his eyes, he being at the same time hit on the head, knocked down, and then robbed of £l4 from his pockett, the shop takings, which were taken home on Labour Day, ami brought back with a view to banking them.
