INCREASE ON LONDON RATE. [PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, September 11. A leading international Agency that is operating in New Zealand advises that changes. are being made in the exchange rates against New Zealand. The New Zealand rate on Australia has been reduced from 18 per cent, to 71 per cent. The New Zealand rate on London has been increased from 10 per cent, to 20 per cent. No announcement of similar changes being effected by the banks has been made as yet, but advice of the change is expected daily.
