MURDER CHARGE
PROSECUTION TO PROCEED. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, May 6. Reginald Thomas Norman Rickards, charged with murdering Arthur Rossiter at Kaipaki on April 10, appeared to-day after a period of observation in a mental hospital, and was remanded to appear at Hamilton on May 13, when the police said that the case would be heard. Accused’s counsel, however, intimated that he was endeavouring to have the case heard away from Hamilton. ’ -
