VINA DEL MAR, February 27.
The Prince of Wales began visiting business men yesterday. He devoted more than five hours to meeting and conferring with outstanding business men and Chilean industrial leaders, urging greater co-operation between Chile and Great Britain in commerce, putting the weight of his position behind each word, and offering Britain’s fullest co-operation toward the British and Chilean factories in Valparaiso. He was accompanied by his brother.
